October: Nesting and Spirit Week

The first week of October brought about a great visit from my mom & spirit week/homecoming at Raina's school.  It was a productive and fun week.  Here are a few pictures of our week's happenings:

Raina had a great time pretending to be a Canterbury Cheerleader.  Or as she likes to call them, "Shaker Girls"

The homecoming game was Friday night.  Unfortunately, we only stayed for the 1st quarter due to 88 degree weather and mosquitos!  Regardless of Canterbury's first loss of the season, spirit week was a bunch of fun!

I was able to go through some of our gender-neutral baby wear and get it laundered. 

With a ton of help from mom, we made these valances for our living room windows.  They look awesome!
